The Milford borough hopes to save about $20,000 on its electric bill this year by purchasing electricity from Viridian.Councilman Donald Pursell said he felt comfortable because the borough can cancel the arrangement at any time.“The thing that made a difference for me was that it wasn’t something we were locked into,” he said.
